We are not a party to any agreement, arrangement, or transaction between users and Advertisers. We do not employ, manage, supervise, or control any Advertiser listed on the Platform. All profiles are created and maintained by the Advertisers themselves.

The Platform does not promote, facilitate, or endorse any illegal activity. Any services advertised are the sole responsibility of the individual Advertisers, who must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Certain features may require account registration. When creating an account, you agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information; (b) maintain the security of your login credentials; (c) promptly update your information if it changes; and (d) accept full responsibility for all activity under your account. You must not share credentials or allow third parties to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Post, upload, or transmit content that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or connected systems;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, copy, or monitor Platform content without prior written consent;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Harvest, collect, or store personal data of other users without their explicit consent;
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam);
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or content restrictions.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, without prior notice.

Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their profiles, including text, images, and any claims made. By publishing content on the Platform, Advertisers represent and warrant that: (a) they have the legal right to publish such content; (b) the content does not violate any law; (c) all images depict the Advertiser themselves or are used with proper authorisation; (d) the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our internal guidelines, without prior notice.

All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and other intellectual property on the Platform (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Elite Girls Manchester or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.

User-generated content remains the property of the respective user, but by posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely in connection with operating the Platform.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a notice in accordance with our DMCA Policy, including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material and its location; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; (e) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.

We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any Advertiser content, profiles, or representations. Any reliance on such content is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Girls Manchester, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be Manchester, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
